Removal of Phosphates in Aqueous Solution by Adsorption on Calcium Oxide

چکیده

The aim of this work is the removal phosphates from an aqueous solution by adsorption on a new, inexpensive adsorbent, calcium oxide. We have also shown interest in choice method, which adsorption. kinetic study phosphate ions oxide allowed us to calculate value capacity as function parameters affecting adsorption: Amount initial concentration ion solution, pH mixture and temperature. isotherms showed that Freundlich model most appropriate for phenomenon Modeling data pseudo-first order pseudo-second equations shows process best described second equation. Thermodynamic such enthalpy ?H°, entropy ?S° free ?G° were evaluated determine nature results show spontaneous endothermic physisorption.
